What is your refund policy?

bluum boxes are created and put into production immediately after a successful charge to your card. Because of this strict time frame, we cannot refund a charge for the box after that time.

Please keep in mind that any orders that need to be cancelled and refunded must be made by contacting Customer Service at contact@bluum.com to be sure no box is shipped (Customer Service business hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST Monday-Friday). Cancelling a subscription via the cancel link on your account does not cancel an order, a box will still be sent since we also provide surprise boxes.

If no request for refund is received, a bluum box will be shipped to the address provided. Each bluum box has great value, which means you will be receiving a high-quality box with full-size products. There is always an option to pause in case you would like to take a break from bluum. Just reach out to customer service and let us know how long you wish to pause.

Gift orders are non-refundable once they have been activated.
